                                                            AIR DRYING.
It is best to harvest in the spring, ensure that the leaves are fully matured, wash and shake out excess water you may hang upside down to drip water for a while.
Use a dry-clean room that is not dusty, keep away from direct sunlight. The room should cross-ventilated and airy.
If it is aromatic leaves you can dry in shade.

If they are flowery parts of plants, leave them a while under the sun before taking them in so as to preserve their colors.
Ensure to turn leaves occasionally in order to preserve them from mold.   If you are drying Bulbs, Rhizomes or fleshy roots, peel off the outer membrane and slice about half an inch.
If they are woods, twigs, or barks, then dry directly under the sun.
